Curacity Creator Engagement Associate

The Creator Engagement Associate is responsible for supporting our creator community in all aspects of our ORA Social program. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key community stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor to facilitate the seamless execution of client marketing efforts. This role requires effective communication, the ability to understand and solve for key business issues, and development of a thorough understanding of how Curacity’s marketing and attribution methodology drives real value for both hotels and our creator community. In addition to day-to-day communication, this individual must act as the face and voice of Curacity to provide amazing client service, insights and support.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, with a focus/concentration of hospitality or marketing strongly preferred

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • First and foremost, serve as a trusted resource and advisor for of creator partners to facilitate productive and successful business relationships. This includes fielding creator requests, effectively communicating program details and updates and educating our creator partners about our program.
  • Maintain an effective and efficient system for engaging with and supporting our creator community with a focus on email communication. Ensure that all relevant concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. 
  • Foster the development and expansion of our creator community, with the ultimate goal of finding new and exciting ways to engage with members. 
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve and expand service and support for our creator community in order to foster additional engagement and expand the Curacity footprint. 
  • Establish strong professional relationships with key stakeholders in our creator community, allowing Curacity to seamlessly support them through their participation in our program. Utilize these relationships to identify opportunities for increased engagement with Curacity and our services. 
  • Be able to communicate the Curacity value proposition and associated processes clearly and concisely, along with the methodologies involved in delivering value for our partners. 
  • Ensure that all creator deliverables are provided in a timely and complete manner as defined by the terms of our program. 
  • Support Management in tracking key operations and business success metrics, maintaining constant awareness of partner and overall company performance.
  • Collaborate with Tech and Product teams to ensure that all qualified program applicants are on-boarded in an efficient manner.
  • Identify and share opportunities for leveraging outstanding outcomes to key Curacity stakeholders in order to further promote and evangelize Curacity’s products and services.
